We offer specialized fundraising packages tailored to suit any size of event, making the planning process as seamless as possible.
1. Coolers + treats up to 150 guests: $0 Rental
This package is designed to support local fundraisers for the community. Included in the package is the rental and delivery of one of our stylish designer coolers at no charge. We stock the cooler with an estimated count of assorted Classic Treats (up to 150 max). For 2 hours, your team manages sales and hands out the product. At the time of pick-up, your team is only responsible for paying for the product sold. What's more, we donate 25% of ice cream profits (approximately $0.50/piece sold) to the event, making it an effortless and cost-effective way of raising funds.
2. Trikes + treats for up to 500 guests: $250 Rental
Ideal for small to medium-sized fundraisers, this package offers the charm of our trike in place of a cooler. Included in the package is the rental of the trike, delivery, and a Trike Attendant to manage all sales, handing out, and clean up. We offer the trike rental for free in this package and charge only for the delivery, set up, supplies, and the Trike Attendant's time. The rental duration is for 2 hours. For larger or longer events, 4-hour rentals are available for $450 at this discounted rate. Plus, we donate 20% of ice cream profits to the event (approximately $0.40/piece sold), aiding your fundraising efforts.
3. Trikes + treats for 500+ guests: $0 Rental
For large events that aim to draw in crowds exceeding 500, we offer the trike rental for free and waive all fees for delivery and the attendant's time. This package offers rentals lasting 2-4 hours, with the added benefit of donating 20% of ice cream profits to the event (approximately $0.40/piece sold).
