What We Offer

Party Prop Rentals

Use the trike for your photo booth prop, to wheel the bride down the aisle, or to welcome in the MVP to the awards ceremony! We offer the cutest, classiest, most photo-worthy tricycle and designer coolers in Myrtle Beach meant to make your party stand out. Our equipment is for rent as dry hire (just the Equipment Plus delivery, no product or service), or you can have us pack it full with classic treats and/or premium ice cream sandwiches and we will deliver everything to you on the big day!

Full Service Trike Dessert Experiences

Want to add a licensed and insured trike attendant to your trike rental and let us take care of everything? Great, that's our favorite service to provide! We love rolling joy on three wheels into gorgeous and fun weddings, tournaments, championships, church and community events, school and college campus fundraisers, and more. Just add a trike attendant for $50 an hour to your trike rental and we will take care of the rest so you can enjoy making sweet memories with your guests!

How Ice Cream Trikes Works

  • Designer Display Cooler rental and catering company that brings ice cream treat-filled trikes and coolers to parties and events of all sizes and types. We also love to work with other Myrtle Beach businesses to help events shine. Weddings, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Golf Tournaments, Fundraisers, Fairs and Festivals, Corporate Events, Community Events, Vendor Collaborations, and more - we want to work with you and help you make your big day joyful and delectably sweet! If you want to work with us, invite us to your event, discuss collaboration, or have any questions about event bookings, please complete the Booking Request Form below. Put n/a if a field does not apply, and if you do not have a set event date or time, put in your most favorable date/time ranges and we will work with you. We got you, that’s part of our service.

  • 01. Choosing if you want to rent a trike and/or a cooler or coolers for your event. The trikes come as a full service package that includes two hours of licensed and insured server time, set up, and breakdown. There is a minimum of 75 desserts for these rentals. The coolers are self-serve and we drop them off to you prepacked with your number of requested desserts with extra gel cooling packs to make sure they stay cool. Coolers have a 50 piece minimum on their orders and can hold up to 150 desserts each. Both trikes and coolers are indoor and outdoor compatible so the joy rolls no matter what rain or shine!

    02. Picking how many desserts you want and how many of each type so all your guests are accounted for. We offer a prepacked assorted variety of Classic Treats found on ice cream trucks as well as Premium Ice Cream Sandwiches made locally just for us by the delectable Ocean Bay Creamery. You tell us how many Classic Treats and/or Premium Ice Cream Sandwiches you want and we pack them and deliver them to you in your chosen trike or cooler(s). Ice Cream Sandwiches are made just for the event and require a minimum 50 sandwich order per booking to add to either your trike or cooler(s). You can mix and match as many Desserts and Sandwiches as you’d like over those minimum requirements to delight every guest.

  • On your set day and time, we bring your trike and team to provide professional and fun hand-out Dessert service with style, your cooler(s), and your Desserts to your event location. for your chosen event service. You get a fun event with tons of fun sweets and no headache of trash or messy spoon or dish clean up after. We roll joy on three wheels into your Horry County event, big or small, to take care of making sure your guests have something to scream about that makes everyone laugh and creates pictures and memories to last a lifetime, not scream about in regret for throwing the party in the first place. We are here to help the planners and helpers the most.

  • complete the Booking Request Form below. This is the only way to book with Ice Cream Trikes LLP for events in Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. The same form found below is also found through any booking link or button on this site and will present as a Google form with the exact same questions as below. It is in no way binding to submit a Request Form and you can leave a customized question or event request right in the form and we, the Trike Founder humans, will be in touch with you via email or phone within three business days to discuss your big day details.

  • Yes! When we reach out to you, we confirm your guest and dessert count, date, time, and location and you can reserve your spot on the calendar with payment of at least half the event total which we will invoice easily to you to pay on your phone, tablet, anywhere, and which is non-refundable. The balance of the event total is due at least one week before the event. We will be in communication with you via text and email to coordinate as needed and we will show up smiles blazing and ice cream chilling ready for the big day at the agreed rental start time and day. Our rates for rentals and desserts by item type are listed above, and our Terms and Conditions are in the footer for easy reference for any other questions you may have about working with us.
